By accessing and using the InDigitalMinds proprietary simulation engine and platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Liability Disclaimer regarding Simulation Outcomes
InDigitalMinds provides AI-driven, probabilistic simulations. This data is purely indicative for strategic inspiration. We expressly exclude all liability for the outcomes of business decisions, lost revenue, or failed marketing campaigns based on any simulated output from our platforms.
You acknowledge that our generated personas, statistical resonances, and dataset intelligences are theoretical approximations generated by machine-learning engines. They do not constitute financial, legal, or guaranteed business advice. If you deploy strategies based on our simulators, you do so entirely at your own enterprise risk.
3. Credit Economy & Refunds
The platform operates on a "Credit Economy". Credits are consumed instantly upon API activation and the generation of probabilistic data. Because generation requires direct cognitive server load, all consumptions are final. We do not provide refunds for successfully generated synthetic simulations or API invocations that compute successfully but yield undesired theoretical outcomes.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to generate materials that are:
- Unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent.
- Designed solely to manipulate democratic elections or civic processes.
- Used to train directly competing AI simulation engines.
5. Revisions and Modifications
InDigitalMinds reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take immediate effect upon being published on this ledger. Continued use of the platform constitutes implicit acceptance of modified terms.
