InDigitalMinds operates under the principle of minimal necessary extraction. We collect your Enterprise Email address exclusively for authentication via Supabase standard JWT flows. Financial routing and telemetry run securely through Stripe's certified API gateways.
2. Synthetic AI Isolation (GDPR Zero-Risk)
The core feature of InDigitalMinds is the generation of Synthetic Personas. This means our system relies entirely on procedural generation seeded by mathematical aggregations and openly available OData APIs (e.g., CBS Netherlands).
We do NOT scrape, index, or store real human PII (Personally Identifiable Information). Because all personas are hallucinated probabilities, using InDigitalMinds ensures your enterprise remains inherently insulated from standard GDPR exposure vectors during market testing.
3. Data Residency & Cryptography
All database partitions are strictly isolated per authenticated Tenant ID utilizing modern Row Level Security (RLS) within PostgreSQL. In-transit simulation sequences are encrypted using standard TLS 1.3 algorithms. Passwords (if not utilizing Magic Links) are fully abstracted and never touch our immediate core logic servers.
4. Third-Party Integrations
In order to provide our service, we synthesize data alongside trusted LLM integrators (e.g., OpenAI, OpenRouter) and transactional engines (e.g., Resend for PDF sharing, Stripe for billing). We hold strict DPAs (Data Processing Agreements) ensuring none of your proprietary Pitch Texts are used to blindly train their external foundation models.
